I believe in the holistic approach to business to support you in exploring business strategy, emotional healing, & energetics. We will meet twice a month, 60 minute sessions over the course of 6 months. There are two distinct types of sessions available to you:

Monthly Session One-
Higher Self Leadership:

This is true leadership activation. You hold the keys to your own vision and it’s important that there is space here for you to step even further into that role. In this session, you are called to practice and channel your Higher Self embodiment as we dive into the strategy, flow, and direction of your business. These sessions will stretch and expand your sense of self trust as we play big and actively put steps into motion that will expand the business. In this session, we’ll collaboratively explore, with radical honesty, the next best steps that will transform your experience of your business.

Monthly Session Two-
Spirit Board Room:

Consider this your monthly board room meeting except everyone seated at the table is a part of your Spirit team. In these sessions, I channel your Spirit Guides, along with any other spiritual support that is called forward at the time, to deliver guidance on the energetic medicine you and your business require at this time. This is where we unearth the truths that are sitting within you, clarify your burning business questions, and work collaboratively with spirit to amplify your intentions and actions. This is the space for true business and self healing.

To Anchor Our Sessions:

You will have access to a 1:1 Voxer chat (voice & text messaging support) Monday-Thursday where we will explore anything and everything business/life/spiritual development related. If it’s on your heart, it’s relevant in this space. Topics we can cover include but are not limited to: content ideas and reviewing your socials, unpacking limits you’re experiencing in and out of your work, practices to help further your healing,  launch support, business strategy, intuitive guidance, day-day integration of energy work support, and clarifying communication you receive from spirit and translating it into practical application.

MY METHODOLOGY

I believe in exploring life & business holistically. By creating space for all facets of your experience, you can develop a deeper understanding of self & in turn, sustainable grow in your business. We do this through the following.

  • Exploring the inner-workings of your body and the communication it provides. This could include strengthening intuition practices, full expression of heavy emotionality, discovering what feels the most playful in your process, inner child work, connecting to your Higher Self, & the daily highs and lows of our human experience.

  • Creating the structure and systems in order to feel grounded in your process. Prioritizing what moves your vision the most, releasing what isn’t actually serving your business, & fine tuning your marketing to create the most impact. Development & intentional action.

  • The process of truly listening & receiving information. Holistic communication exists between you, your business, your community, your clients, & your higher purpose. We create a fully connected system with you at the centre to receive, process, understand, & share most effectively. The core of truly effective marketing.

  • Your relationship to money & abundance is rooted in your core childhood experiences and how you make sense of wealth now that you are in your business. It’s more than just reparenting. This could include awareness of potential traumatic experiences, exploring wealth as more than just income, expanding on how you feel you should get there, & truly understanding what you want to cultivate.

  • So much of what feels hard in business is mistaking a very real nervous system response as a mindset block. By denying our experience, we don’t allow space for self compassion and healing. Together, we practice nervous system regulation to support this response so we no longer bypass your experience but instead intentionally support your internal system. By infusing this in your business, we create sustainable healing and business growth.
