MY STORY

My business started 5 years ago in the health and wellness space as a response to feeling burnt out as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner. I cared deeply about the work I was doing but with a lack of support within the system, it no longer felt like something I could do without draining myself in the process. What I didn’t know is being a business owner would be so much more than a solution but a portal into a whole other part of who I am.

The core of the work I do has been and will always be rooted in unravelling & reconnecting back home to our truest selves. The layers beneath a lifetime of conditioning. I combined my experience studying social media & marketing and combined it with my knowledge of the deep inner healing work that creates sustainable growth. This is why every part of the work I do is holistic. Business is so much more than just strategy.

Since the day my business started, it has been a constant evolution & a reflection of my internal growth.

The more I put myself out there, the more that exposed the raw emotionality that asked to be explored, the more I learned to continuously meet myself where I was at. This isn’t to say that your industry needs to pivot as a part of your self discovery, but it is to say that you’ll always create room to challenge yourself and pivot through your business time and time again, that part is natural to all entrepreneurs.

THE CORE OF HOW I WORK, TEACH, AND LIVE:

Curiosity.

The exploration of self.

We need to ask more questions. The more we challenge, explore, & observe the way things are inside and out of business, the more we can understand rather than assume. The power is is the exploration, it’s how we find our truest answers.

Gift Expression.

The expression of self.

Expanding on what it really looks & feels like when we are in our truest expression of our gifts. Beyond the niche- the thing we are destined to do in this lifetime. How we do that and the path we take comes from within & requires an unpacking of the “shoulds” we’ve been told.

Intuition.

The deepest knowing of self.

The true homecoming derives from understanding the internal communication our bodies provide on a daily basis. Intuition is more than a feeling, it’s our internal compass that guides us way more authentically than the external advice we hear. It grounds us & helps us lead.
