As a collective, we’ve all been feeling the weight of what no longer serves us and there is an awareness that change is on the horizon. In this call we will be exploring what it means to grieve old parts of ourselves and to alchemize that energy to create a stronger foundation to build 2023 from. In order to create change, we must first let go of stagnant energy so we energetically have the capacity to bring in new realities. In this call, I will guide you through an energy release practice, teach you how to unpack what is not energetically serving you, and acknowledge what your body needs to fully prepare to let go of old patterns, ideas, and storylines. There will be space to ask questions and clarify different ways to release that suit you!
