My goal has always been to help people trust their own instincts as their primary source of power.
As an Energy Healer, I never want people to feel that they lack the ability to cultivate healing for themselves as well. The core of what I bring to the surface in sessions is what is already within them. Being able to show people how to strengthen their own intuitive gifts feels like the most authentic way to do so. That way, you can come back to resourcing other healers, coaches, mentors, practitioners, etc as a means of additional support and expansion rather than the sole source– a need. You need you more than you need anyone else. The more we can tap into your own innate gifts, the more intimate and clear the guidance within becomes.

I’ve been in many spiritual group spaces that emphasize concepts and terms that are truly other worldly. And while I know that resonates with some, I am more interested in supporting you in how it feels rather than what we name it.
The language I use will hold close to the body as well as providing alternative verbiage to keep the content inclusive. I want everyone involved to be able to connect with what feels true in their unique experience. Sharing in the group will be optional, never forced due to the intimate nature of the conversation. This is exactly why this series includes a group AND 1:1 experience. The 1:1 private chat allows you to share your experience, ask questions, explore more of what you’re feeling drawn to– all with confidentiality between you and I. I believe community is a really anchoring experience in exploring our intuition while also honoring your own unique needs and pace.
All you need to transform is you.
Together, we explore how to connect to the sensations in your body and the information you receive from your spirit guides in your daily experience. You do not need any external tools. The intention is to explore your energy within with practices that include: intuitive moment, journaling, mediation, connection with nature, dreams, and emotional awareness. Any external tools will be a result of what someone feels called to. I believe that tools can enhance your experience but are not the root of it. By prioritizing your embodied experience, we create a healthier relationship to them as an addition and not a replacement for your internal wisdom.
Consider this a deepening of your roots so you feel more confident and grounded in your approach.

My business began in the Health & Wellness space, transitioned into the Food & Body Image space, took a turn into Online Business Mentorship & Social Media Marketing, and has now found it’s home in combining the energetic, emotional & strategic world of life & business. A winding road I simply did not plan for but instead navigated intuitively. I always had the same core mission- to bring people back to themselves in their own bodies. The only thing that has changed is the outlet for that art. My intuition has been my guiding light and strongest muscle. What if I’m unsure of my spiritual beliefs or don’t know if I’m spiritual enough?
This series is not specifically rooted in a set of spiritual or religious belief systems and encourages you to connect the matter as it connects to your own beliefs instead. The intention is to take what resonates with you, and leave what does to formulate your own practice. All practices will be rooted in the body and will not pull from cultural tools/items. This is all based in your body, at the pace that feels right for you to explore. There is no wrong way to exist in this container as long as you are respectful and open.

Is there an option to split the payments?
Yes, I’ve offered 2 payment options: a pay in full and splitting the payment across two months. There is no difference in cost, just for what you feel more comfortable with. Do I need to be a business owner to join?
Nope! The principles we’ll be exploring together were meant to help you explore all areas of life. While for some, this will most definitely support their entrepreneurial journey, for others, the desire to join may be in the interest of exploring the self, personal relationships, spiritual development, life path/purpose, or career advancement. The grounding examples and conversations will touch on many areas of life.

Most definitely! It’s exactly why I started incorporating energy work into business. I’ve found that the more rooted an entrepreneur is in their intuitive gifts, the more ease they find in trusting their instincts, making big leaps, challenging themselves, allowing themselves to be fully expressed and seen online, pivot their process, and find fulfillment in their uniquely guided approach to business. I can undoubtably say that being more connected to your being can only bring more of yourself to your work. So in summary… HELL YES!
